CCTV

CCTV is a powerful surveillance tool both overtly or covertly and is becoming increasingly popular in both commercial and residential settings.

CCTV is a powerful surveillance tool both overtly or covertly and is becoming increasingly popular in both commercial and residential settings.

The presence of a surveillance camera can act as a deterrent for would-be criminals. Cameras offer the flexibility of both indoor and outdoor usage, and the ability to cover large and small areas beyond the scope of the naked eye.

Most systems can have motion detection set up to trigger alarms, notifications or external trigger (Lights, sirens, pre-recorded warning etc) or even having other cameras on site spin round to watch and track the offending person, animal, vehicle etc.

We are just as comfortable carrying out a single battery camera installation in a domestic house as a multi camera off-grid and wirelessly networked system across several hundred acres.

Running cables, wires, trunking and containment is not always possible, in some circumstances, such as heritage sites, listed buildings or expansive external sites it would be unthinkable. We can solve this problem by installing CCTV systems with wireless remote communication and cameras designed for these specific circumstances.

Additional Available Services

Remote Monitoring

We can offer your CCTV system to be remotely monitored by your own staff from anywhere in the world or have it linked to an ARC similar to a Fire or Intruder system where staff monitor the site 24/7 by the use of programmed motion sensing or invisible trip wires to alert the centre of an intruder.

These can be set up with 2-way audio meaning control staff can remotely ask unwanted intruders to leave or inform them of the police being on their way.

Maintenance Plans

Once you have wisely invested in any CCTV system to protect your Family, Home, Business or possessions, it is important to keep it in good working order so that your system will deliver the protection you require at all times. We provide comprehensive service and maintenance plans for all types of system including systems that we did not install but only once a thorough inspection has been carried out.

Continued maintenance of a CCTV system is very important. Although the modern digital recorder has fewer moving parts than its humble counterpart the VCR, your system should be periodically inspected by a qualified engineer. This will maximise your investment and enable your system to provide the best possible recorded images.

Simple things such as condensation, spiders webs or large objects such as shipping containers being moved around sites can render cameras completely useless so keeping on top of these during routine maintenance is a must.

Without maintenance, even the most effective equipment will deteriorate. It is therefore important that a qualified engineer carries out regular maintenance checks. Every one of our installations is supported by a specifically tailored maintenance package. This will ensure your equipment meets current health and safety standards and lessens the risk of future failure or faults.
